To request a packet be mailed to your home, please email the appropriate school contact and include:

• Parent/Guardian first and last name
• Mailing address
• Student name and grade
• School your student will attend:
  • Monrovia High School (Grades 9–12)
  • Monrovia Middle School (Grades 6–8)
  • Monrovia Elementary School (Preschool–Grade 5)
