The Monroe-Gregg School District is pleased to announce that the Food Service Module of the Harmony Record Keeping System will be in operation on April 7, 2008 in the Elementary and April 14, 2008 in the High School and Middle School. Lunch money can be deposited into individual student lunch accounts and you will be able to view their account balances and food choices on line. You will use the same log-in process as you would to view student grades.

1. Log on to www.m-gsd.org
2. Go to Harmony Access
3. Enter your username and password
4. Select the school that your child attends
5. Click the Food Services link on the left side of the page

Every student will have their own lunch account and number. Your student(s) will receive a 4 digit account number through their homeroom teacher. Please help your child memorize their number, it will speed them through the lunch line.

Lunch money collection boxes will be located at various school entrances. Students will deposit lunch money into these boxes. Lunch money must be in a sealed envelope with their NAME on the outside of the envelope. Do not to send field trip money, picture money, gas money, etc. in the lunch money envelope. All money received will be credited to their lunch account; NO CHANGE will be sent home or given at the cash register.

Have a discussion with your children about purchasing ala carte items. Your student will be responsible for their purchases. Remind your child that good nutrition comes from eating a variety of food items from all of the food groups and they are an active participant in their dietary health.
