On Line Trash Bag Ordering

Trash bags may be ordered online all year. You may go to www.GecklerStore.com, click SHOP ONLINE, select CUSTOMERS and in the Seller ID box - enter INM7129. The online orders will be sent to your home and the school will receive their portion from the company.

ISTEP Celebration

PTO provided a celebration for the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade students on completion of ISTEP. Besides drinks and snacks, Alligator Aaron put on an "ISTEP Celebration" show on Wednesday, September 24. To view photos of this fun event, please click the link below!

Colts Day at MES

Mr. McCoy's 3rd and 4th grade Physical Education classes took part in the Indianapolis Colts Big Blue Football Camp on Tuesday, October 14th. Mike Prior, a former Indianapolis Colt, conducted the one day non-contact skill camp. Students rotated through four or five different football stations designed to increase their skill and knowledge of the game of football. Photos from this event have been posted!

Spirit Days

In an effort to teach and promote pride in our school, we will have spirit Fridays. We will ask all staff and students to wear our school colors, green and white, every Friday of the school year. Go Bulldogs!

Beginning of the School Day

As we head into our first full week of school, we would like to review our beginning of the school day procedures. Students may enter the building at 7:40 am each day Monday throught Friday. On Tuesday through Friday, students who are attending Success Period should enter the building at 7:15 am. Students not attending Success Period should not enter the building until 7:40 am.

Change in Transportation

Any request to change afternoon transportation should be made by phone before 1:00 pm or by letter addressed to the teacher. Please include in the letter, the address and phone number of the destination for that day. Each student must carry a bus pass from the office to ride a different bus or to get off their regular bus at a different location.
