Teacher Luncheon May 6th 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

     Volunteers to bring in side items, salads and desserts

     Items need to be brought in my 10:00 am

     Ham will be the entree

     A vegetarian dish will be available as well

Popcorn Friday May 6th

     Marty Vaughn is chair and will contact volunteers to help

MES Arts and Education Festival May 13th 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm

     Brenda Kennedy is chair and will set up a booth with a game and prizes

     Tammy Everett and Tisha Kivett will be at the booth with MES PTO items for sale

Field Day May 19th 8:15 am - 2:15 pm (Rain date May 20th)

     Annette Kluemper and Tisha Kivett are co-chairs

     Volunteers have been contacted to help

Perfect Attendance Awards to be presented to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades during their recognition times on May 31st.

Perfect Attendance Awards to be presented to the Kindergarten and 5th Grade during their graduation ceremonies on June 1.

Walk a Thon revenue to date:  $3344.78

Purchase of 3rd Grade Chapter Books:  $249.27

5th Grade Graduation Duffel Bags:  $888.51 (not paid yet)

Field Day Expense to date (3 inflatable rentals):  $522.79 (not paid yet)
